REFUND POLICY

I will do my best to ensure all goods delivered to you are in good conditions. All goods sold are final and non-returnable/refunded unless is defective prior happened at my side.  I m not liable for any damaged or loss once the parcel is shipped out since it's within my control, but i will ensure to pack and wrap in a good and secure way to prevent any damage to your goods. We also accept no liability for damages resulting from improper use of products purchased from us.

All preloved items are strictly non-refundable or returnable, therefore i will describe the best of the items i could. Preloved items are strictly not for fussy buyers as different people might have different interpretation on the preloved items, therefore i did not want to create any fuss or misunderstanding on this matter. STORE SALES POLICY

All orders placed are required to make the payment within 24 hours, failure to do so our system will automatically purge your order without any notifications.

**As different computers may have different view of the color resolutions, therefore if you are unsure the color of any of the products, do drop me a mail to clarify your uncertainty to prevent you from making the wrong choice of color of the products.
